RadSentric Sdn Bhd – a Malaysian radiation safety, NDT training and consultancy company. A training-led website with course calendar, seat booking, FAQ and a technical blog.

RadSentric provides radiation safety consultancy, NDT training and related technical support for Malaysian industries. I built its corporate website to explain those services and help two different visitors find their next step: a company looking for specialist advice and a person looking for training. The project brings service information, industry context, course information and practical questions into one public-facing site.

The brief

A technical service business needs more than a broad list of capabilities. A safety manager may arrive with a question about a facility, documentation or licensing support. A radiation worker may be looking for course dates or information about registration. The RadSentric website needed to separate those tasks while still explaining the company as a whole. I kept consultancy pages and the training route distinct, so visitors do not have to read through an unrelated service before finding the information they came for.

What I built

  • A clear service introduction – The homepage sets out radiation safety, NDT training and consultancy together. It introduces the main areas of expertise before moving into the company background and industries served, giving visitors a starting point for a technical conversation.
  • Dedicated consultancy information – Service pages cover radiation protection consultancy, emergency preparedness documents, NORM and TENORM assessment, baggage scanning X-ray safety and licensing support. This gives the company room to explain different kinds of work without compressing every service into one short paragraph.
  • Specialist capabilities – Shielded room design, radioactive material storage and ISO 17020 paperwork preparation are presented as distinct capabilities. Naming the work helps an organisation recognise the type of support it needs before contacting the team to discuss its own requirements.
  • Industry context – The site relates its expertise to areas including oil and gas, manufacturing, minerals, government, research and border security. Those sections explain why a service matters in a particular setting instead of assuming every visitor uses the same technical vocabulary.
  • A visible training route – Training has its own section and a public calendar, separate from the consultancy pages. Visitors can move from learning about the provider to checking courses and continuing to registration, without treating the corporate introduction as a booking form.
  • Questions grouped by topic – The FAQ separates training, registration and payment, venue, compliance and student questions. It includes information about recognition, CEP points and HRD Corp claimability, so visitors can read the relevant explanation rather than rely on a general claim in a banner.
  • News and technical articles – The news and blog sections provide space for certification, competency and technical subjects. I built the page layouts with WordPress and Breakdance, keeping those longer explanations alongside the service content rather than trying to fit them all onto the homepage.

How the RadSentric website works

A consultancy visitor can begin with the RadSentric service overview, identify a relevant area and read the industry context before contacting the company. The content helps that person describe the work they need. It does not replace project-specific advice or suggest that a website visit establishes compliance for a facility or organisation.

A training visitor follows a different route: course information, calendar, practical questions and registration. The booking functionality has its own training booking system case study. I keep that separate from this corporate website entry because the public site explains the provider and its services, while the booking project deals with the registration workflow in more detail.

Result

RadSentric has a corporate website where consultancy and training can sit together without competing for the same explanation. A company can identify the relevant technical service, while a course buyer can find training information and the route to registration. The supporting FAQs and articles give both groups somewhere to look for detail before they contact the team.
