RadSentric – Training Booking System and Leads Dashboard for WordPress

RadSentric Training Booking – a custom WordPress booking system for an ATOM Malaysia licensed radiation safety training provider, with live fee estimates, seat capacity and a leads dashboard.

RadSentric Training Booking is a custom WordPress training booking system for RadSentric Sdn Bhd, an ATOM Malaysia licensed radiation safety training provider. Companies book seats for the RSB 101 and RSB 102 courses in a few steps, and the RadSentric team manages every booking from its own dashboard in WordPress.

The brief

RadSentric took bookings through a Typeform. It worked, but visitors left the website to fill it in, it did not look like RadSentric, and the bookings sat in a separate tool. Training dates had to be updated in two places, nobody could see an estimated fee before submitting, and there was no simple way to follow up each lead or see how full a session was.

RadSentric needed a training booking system that lives on its own website, uses the course dates it already publishes, and gives the team one place to follow up every company that asks for a seat.

What I built

• A seven-step booking form on the website – course, session, contact, participants, company, extra details and review, in RadSentric’s own design on desktop and mobile. A live “Your booking” panel follows the visitor through every step.
• Training dates that update themselves – sessions are read from the Training pages already on the site, so past and completed dates disappear on their own and nobody updates a form by hand.
• Fees worked out before submitting – single, group and HRDC rates per course and location, so the visitor sees an estimated fee for the exact number of participants.
• Seat capacity per session – when the seats requested reach the limit, the session shows as full and cannot be booked.
• Branded emails – the applicant gets a confirmation with a booking summary and next steps, and RadSentric gets a notification it can reply to or WhatsApp straight from. Both have a plain-text version for better delivery.
• A Booking Leads dashboard – pipeline value, leads that need action, confirmed bookings, leads per week, upcoming training dates with seats taken, and a breakdown by course, fee category and how people heard about RadSentric.
• Lead follow-up in one place – status from New to Attended, an owner, a follow-up date and notes on every booking, with search and quick filters.
• Exports and settings the client controls – leads, participants or sessions to CSV or Excel, and a settings page for fees, capacity, email recipients and reCAPTCHA without calling a developer.
• Built to stand on its own – a normal WordPress plugin with its own database tables, reCAPTCHA and rate limiting against spam, and no monthly form subscription.

How the training booking system works

A visitor opens the RadSentric training registration page, picks RSB 101 or RSB 102, then chooses one of the open sessions or suggests an in-house date. They add each participant with their IC and position, fill in the company details and answer whether they will claim HRDC. Before they submit, the review step shows everything in one place with the estimated fee.

Behind the scenes, the training booking system checks the session is still open, saves the booking in WordPress, sends both emails and adds the lead to the dashboard. The team sees it straight away under “Needs action”, sets a status and a follow-up date, and exports the participant list when the class is confirmed.

Result

The training booking system runs on radsentric.com, so bookings stay on the website instead of an outside form. Every booking lands in WordPress with its fee estimate, and the RadSentric team can see what needs a reply, how full each session is and export the participant list, all from one screen.
