Bizmilla Wedding Centre – a wedding hall and catering brand in Malaysia with 16 halls across 7 locations, two central kitchens and packages from RM9,900. A fast BM website that turns visitors into WhatsApp and venue-tour enquiries.

Bizmilla Wedding Centre brings wedding halls, catering and bridal services together for customers in Malaysia. I rebuilt its website around the questions that come before a WhatsApp conversation: where the halls are, what the package covers and how to arrange a venue tour. The Bahasa Malaysia site gives visitors a way to explore the venues and share their plans with the team.

The brief

The business has halls across several locations, its own catering operation and a bridal boutique. That range needed to feel understandable from the first screen. Bizmilla wanted visitors to see the package offer and the route to a venue tour without digging through separate service pages. I focused the build on location, guest numbers and the first enquiry, so the information collected on the website would be useful to the people handling the conversation.

What I built

  • A custom WordPress theme – I built a warm, editorial layout without a page builder. The opening section introduces the combined wedding offer and keeps the WhatsApp call-to-action visible. Bahasa Malaysia copy carries the service explanation through the page.
  • A directory organised by location – The homepage lets visitors filter sixteen halls across seven locations, including Subang Jaya, Putrajaya, Johor Bahru and Penang. Each hall has its own page, so people can move from a location shortlist into a particular venue.
  • A package planner – Visitors select their preferred location and guest count before continuing to the enquiry form. Those selections carry forward into the form. The planner gathers context for the team rather than presenting itself as a confirmed booking.
  • A two-step enquiry form – The first step asks about the event and the second collects contact details. Spam protection is included, and submissions are saved in WordPress. That stored copy gives the team a record even if an email does not arrive.
  • Location-based Google Sheets sync – Each enquiry is appended to the sheet for its location. I connected the form to the sheets the team already used, so the website feeds their existing follow-up process instead of creating another disconnected list.
  • Venue photographs and service context – The site shows hall interiors and explains the catering, venue and bridal parts of the business. It also describes the steps from choosing a location to arranging a tour, giving visitors a practical outline of what happens next.
  • Search preparation and maintenance – Business and address structured data, FAQ content and redirects support the rebuild. Old site addresses continue to work through redirects, while the client can add halls and update package information from WordPress.

How the Bizmilla website works

A visitor to Bizmilla can begin by choosing a location, then look through the halls available there. Venue photographs help them compare spaces, while the package section explains the combined services. Someone who already knows their preferred location and guest numbers can enter those choices in the planner and continue with the enquiry. The page keeps the next step tied to the event they are arranging.

The two-step form collects the event details before contact information. Once submitted, the enquiry has a WordPress record and goes to the relevant location’s Google Sheet. Bizmilla can then follow up through its usual sales process. Visitors who prefer to start directly in WhatsApp can take that route instead, and the venue-tour information explains how to see a hall before confirming their plans.

Result

Bizmilla has a website that connects its hall directory to a usable enquiry process. Customers can compare locations, identify a venue and request a conversation or tour. The team receives the event context in the tools it already works with, while WordPress keeps a copy of each form submission. I built the site to support that handover, with editable hall and package content behind the public pages.

Need a website that supports your sales conversations?

I can help turn a service catalogue into a clearer path to an enquiry. If your customers need to compare locations, explain an event or arrange a visit, those details should be part of the website. Tell me what you need and I will scope it properly.

Design a website isn’t an easy task but building an impactful website for your business will be the most important goal.
