Qurban & Aqiqah Management System (Laravel)

Behind the website we also built a custom management system for the qurban and aqiqah operation. It runs every order from purchase to certificate in one place: online orders or orders keyed in by sales reps, payment gateway confirmation, grouping of shares into slaughter groups, photo and video proof from vendors, and a digital PDF certificate (sijil) with QR verification for every customer.

What the system does

• Dashboard: live sales against the yearly target, orders by status, top sales reps and customers, recent activity.
• Orders: search by name, order number or phone, with filters for type, animal, location, year, payment and sales rep.
• Slaughter matching: pending orders wait in a pool and the system suggests groups, up to seven shares per cow, with server-side guards so a grouped order cannot be changed by mistake.
• Proof and certificate: vendors upload slaughter photos and video per group; customers download a PDF certificate with QR verification.
• Roles: separate access for admin, sales rep, vendor and customer, plus an activity log for audit.

All screenshots and the video use a demo database with fictional names and numbers. No real customer data is shown.
